Fabio Fanelli

Mr. Fanelli is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshal School of Business where he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. After obtaining his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from California Western School of Law and being admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, Mr. Fanelli worked as an associate attorney with one of San Diego’s most prestigious law firms where he specialized in corporate and real estate law. In 2011 he founded the Law Offices of Fabio Fanelli specializing and aiding clients in business planning, corporate formation, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, and estate planning. He works closely with businesses and individuals to ensure that they obtain the proper legal advice in operating, growing, acquiring, or selling their businesses.

Mr. Fanelli is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He is also a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
